A: Let me emphasize that this weight loss program is not a diet. It is a nutrition program specifically designed for your needs. I come up with a menu that is tailored for you to consume the right amount of calories, fats, protein and carbohydrates.
Q: I like eating the same foods everyday.
A: That’s great! Clients who are habitual at eating the same foods everyday do very well and will get the same results whether they exchange or not. I am capable of incorporating your favorite foods to tailor your menu.
Q: I like eating different foods everyday.
A: That’s fine. When you get your tailored menu, I will teach you how to exchange food items from our list in order to give you variety.
Q: How long will it take to reach my goal?
A: That really depends on how much fat you need to lose. On the average, my clients lose about 3 pounds and .75% body fat each week. Hitting your goal can vary from 2 months to 2 years. The more you are consistent with sticking to the program, the faster you will hit your goal.
Q: I want to gain weight.
A: I can build a program to achieve that. I come up with a program so you can gain weight by increasing your muscles without gaining fat.
Q: I want to stay at my current weight, but lose body fat.
A: I am an expert at retaining muscles and losing fat. Although you want to stay at your current weight, it will look like you lost some weight. Remember, every 1% of body fat lost will look like 3 to 4 pounds of weight lost.
Q: Can I do this program if I’m pregnant?
A: Absolutely! I’ve built thousands of programs for pregnant women with their ob-gyn’s seal of approval. In fact, your body will bounce back to normal right away.
Q: What are the other benefits of this nutrition program?
A: There are so many positive benefits that you will feel even on your first week. Clients have claimed increase in energy, endurance, stamina, strength, regulated mood swings, increase in sexual appetite, decrease in migraine headaches, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, control type II diabetes and waking up in the mornings feeling refreshed.
Q: How does this program work?
A: Once you register, I will email you a questionnaire. This is an important process of the program because your answers will define your body’s cravings.
Q: What are the steps for consultation?
A: Once I have your questionnaire, I will spend 2-3 days dissecting your answers. Once I determine your calories, fats and proteins specifically designed for you, I will contact you to build your menu by asking your food choices in the categories of vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, proteins and fats. The last step is your consultation either by group or one-on-one Skype session.
Q: What happens when I hit my goal?
A: That’s when the fun starts. I have our clients cheat Saturday night and all day Sunday (cheat means eating anything your heart desires). Monday is back to the lifestyle nutrition program.
