“The idea of starving myself, to a girl who likes to eat, is never a lasting solution.”

I was always a curvy girl, I have always been told “ You got them birthing hips,” but a couple of years ago my curves became less curvy and more round. I gained about 30 lbs and was teetering very close to 200 lbs. I had started doing weight watchers and had some weight loss, but then it just stopped. The solution from weight watchers was to simply cut more calories. The idea of starving myself, to a girl who likes to eat, is never a lasting solution. Then I decided that I was going to commit to Frank’s program, and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. When I met with Frank I was amazed at how warm, and lovely this tough, intimidating, muscular man was. Because of Frank I believed I could achieve my goal. He laid out my nutrition plan, and I found that I had been eating completely wrong! I would eat breakfast, then some kind of lunch, go to school then work, and finally when I got home I was both exhausted and starving. I then would eat a huge dinner go to sleep and repeat that terrible nutrition cycle. With Frank’s plan I understand what my body needs, and I have lost over 50 pound, I have lost 26 inches, I can fit into a size 6. For the first time in my life people are actually saying how skinny I am. I have never been called skinny! I know now that starving yourself never works, I am not hungry with Frank’s program. I have the energy I need to work two jobs and go to school full-time. The best thing about Frank’s plan is that I feel as if I unlocked the key to my own body. I was feeding it the wrong things at the wrong time, and it repaid me with a big belly, fat thighs, and flabby arms. Now that I know how to treat my body, which isn’t through starvation, I can look at my body and see the positive changes. I am forever grateful to Frank, and when people ask about my weight loss, I simply reply, “It’s Frank’s program.”
