In my 30 years of experience and over 30,000 nutrition programs built, I have found the best way to achieve your goal is by increasing your carbohydrates and fats. Most of my client’s programs have about 55 to 75% carbohydrates, which is just the opposite of what you’ve learned about weight loss programs.

The average program will have at least 3 meals and 2 snacks. Depending on the individual, some may have up to 7 meals. Although I might have created similar plans, I have never duplicated a program because no two people are alike.
