OK! I’m on it, but I have to tell you that this is a triumph and a personal victory for me. I haven’t lost 5 lbs in 7 days since I was 25. In the past 10 years, even with exercise and meal plans, I average 1-2 lbs a MONTH. I have little success in affecting the scale and don’t have a lot of water weight. Right now, I’m elated.
